Denis is a breathworker, bodyworker, seminar leader, author and
editor, who lives in Paradise Valley, Montana, north of Yellowstone
Park, with his wife, Jill, and twin daughters. A holistic-health practitioner since 1978, he publishes the bi-monthly healthy-lifestyle magazine, Natural Life News & Directory, distributed throughout the West. He trained with the original breathwork pioneers in the 1980's and is a certified Optimum Breathing Development® Specialist, through Michael Grant White, creator of www.Breathing.com. Denis has facilitated thousands of private and group breathwork sessions and, as a core faculty member of the Optimal Breathing School, has collaborated with Mike to develop Integral Breathwork™, a new World Paradigm for integrating Optimal Breathing® physiology with the practice of transformational breathwork. With Mike, he will be presenting this new teaching model to breathworkers worldwide at the 2006 Global Inspiration Conference in Nelson, B.C., Canada. He currently conducts his ongoing Integral Breathwork™ Seminars in cities near his home, and recently has held trainings in Philadelphia and Montreal, with more cities coming... Denis is the author of Heal Yourself with Breath, Light, Sound and Water, which researches the ancient origins of healing using these natural elements, with additional materials on Integral Breathwork. He also tours the conference circuit of the American Massage Therapy Association (AMTA) teaching massage therapists to incorporate the basics of breathing work into their bodywork practice. Denis is in private practice in breathwork and bodywork. Trained in Swedish, Acupressure, Reflexology and Polarity.
